There are many external things, practices, and experiments people pursue in an attempt to raise their frequency. Yet I have always said that everything required for your awakening already exists within you.
Today, I invite you to raise your frequency not through what is outside of you, but through what you hold within.
Self love, self acceptance, and self forgiveness carry the power to heal the deepest wounds of this lifetime and those carried from the past. These are the keys that transform low vibrational experiences into wisdom, compassion, and inner peace.
Self love is one of the fastest paths to higher states of consciousness and upliftment into greater realities. Many believe it is easy, yet it is often the most difficult journey a human being can undertake. To truly love yourself requires honesty, surrender, healing, alignment with the soul self, and the courage to release judgment. But within that love lies your freedom, your awakening, and your return to wholeness.
