When you think of releasing your judgments, you are usually drawn to your thoughts of judging others. My child… there is one thing you have forgotten.
Before you can release any judgments about others you must first release judging yourself. You are beautiful and beloved in the eyes of The Universe, it is time to start seeing yourself that way as well.
It is not important how you start or the size of the step you take… just that you take one.
