Currently, there is a massive amount of processing happening beneath the surface.  Our psyche is working overtime to clear out old emotional weight, ancestral baggage, and outdated patterns.  There is a powerful energetic tug of war occurring between a deep subconscious purge and an intense physical restlessness. As a result, we are experiencing a state of being wired and tired where the spirit is exhausted and the nervous system is running on high alert.  This inner friction is the potent surge of cosmic fire colliding with the heavy, restrictive currents of reality that pull us backward into old ways of being.  While part of us feels the urgent pull to break free, initiate change, and step into our authority, our physical bodies feel heavy, forcing us to slow down and integrate the changes before we can run with them.  

For months, we have been under a cosmic mandate of passive observation and deep inward digging.  The restrictive currents lingering now are the tail-end of that reflective phase.  They feel heavy becaue they are rooted in the past, demanding that we fully face, unpack, and clear them before we can genuinely move into the new.  The restriction is intentional, it prevents us from building a new future on top of a shaky, unexamined foundation.  The necessary friction ensures that we don’t just react to change, we begin to truly embody it.

The exhaustion is a radical call to surrender the need for control.  You are learning, quite uncomfortably, that you cannot force a body to move when the soul is demanding a pause.  This state of limbo is asking you to sit with the discomfort of unfinished business, to set strict boundaries, and to realize that sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is give your overstimulated nervous system permission to simply stop trying.  Allow yourself to recognize that your soul is clearing space for what follows this purge. Trust the deep wisdom of your physical vessel as it anchors these shifts, step off the wheel of constant doing, and allow yourself the grace to simply be.
