We started this month feeling the heavy buildup of emotional exhaustion, mental fatigue and a clear sense that our current ways of operating are completely unsustainable.  For the past few weeks many have felt an invisible resistance to life.  There may be an intense desire to sprint forward, only to be met with constant delays and low physical energy.  This enforced slowdown has highlighted the toxic habits, cluttered schedules, and energy draining obligations we have been tolerating.  Hidden tensions have been bubbling under the surface for months have worked their way to the surface pushing us to sit with uncomfortable realizations.  

As we start this week, the energy feels tightly compressed, solidifying into a sharp, undeniable clarity.  The New Moon on Thursday will act as a central tipping point, bringing a fresh wave of energy that forces a complete overhaul of the structures that define our lives.  We may suddenly realize exactly what we are no longer willing to accept.  When the truth becomes this clear, the choice to change is no longer optional, it becomes an internal necessity.  We have outgrown our current circumstances and as such, we are being asked to gracefully let go of the habits, relationships, and mindsets that require us to play small. 

Today observe without judgment.  Notice where you feel friction, where you are losing energy, and what is making you feel heavy.  Prepare for a surge of motivation to streamline your routines, speak your mind and reclaim your time.  The waiting is done.  Cut away the dead weight, trust the disruptions and allow yourself to step into the next chapter of your life feeling lighter.
