We are moving through a deep, systemic shift in how humanity operates, creates and connects.  There is an almost urgent drive sweeping through the collective consciousness pushing us toward major transitions.  The energy is raw and intense creating significant undercurrents of tension.  This collective turbulence acts like an invisible weather system and we are all feeling its effects on an individual level.  

When the world around us is in a state of friction, our personal energy fields can easily absorb the static and experience sudden waves of anxiety, irritation, or fatigue that pull us out of internal alignment and away from the lighter energy that is now surfacing within us.  This lighter energy is a quiet, emerging frequency that is sharpening our intuition, inspiring our creativity, and deepening authentic connections.  It is the clarity waiting for us on the other side of the chaos.  To access it, it is essential that we recognise that we can be aware of the world’s transitions without carrying them. 

To protect the lighter energy that is surfacing, you must practice strict energetic hygiene and refuse to allow the collective friction to dictate your internal state.  This requires a deliberate, moment to moment choosing of what you let in.  Remember to anchor yourself in the present moment and into your own calm.  Let the turbulence pass through the world without letting it take root in you.  Learn to stop reacting to the storm and start shifting it.
