We are in a profound time of transformation, a process that extends far beyond us as individuals. Right now, there are multiple shifts happening all at once, creating a distinct internal and external tension, a friction between what we currently know and understand, and what we are being asked to heal, release, and learn. When so much changes simultaneously, it is natural to feel a sense of groundlessness, as the old structures of our lives shift beneath our feet before the new ones have fully formed. This uncertainty can leave us feeling disoriented and yet, it forces us out of the rigid control of the logical mind and pushes us into the deeper, intuitive spaces of the heart.

After the heavy clearing and emotional releases brought by the recent eclipses, yesterday’s New Moon invited us to step through a threshold and into a brand-new chapter of our lives. This powerful energetic period asks that we become deeply receptive to what life is asking of us, rather than trying to force outcomes, micromanage our circumstances, or rush into premature action. The quiet, underlying narratives that silently impact our capacity to trust, expand, and grow are surfacing now. These core wounds are being illuminated so that we can finally see them clearly. As they unravel layer by layer, we gain an objective, new awareness of the very patterns that shape our existence. By looking closely at where we hold back, where we seek external validation, or where we continue to repeat old behaviours, we can begin to consciously dismantle them. Instead of fighting the symptoms of our discomfort, we are being offered the rare opportunity to ask a much more powerful question, What am I carrying that I no longer need to carry?

If you have been feeling blocked or restricted by an invisible pressure, these dense feelings are now starting to dissolve. The exhaustion of the past few weeks is giving way to a cleaner slate. Possibilities and paths you may not have been able to see, or even imagine, are now slowly emerging. As these new horizons clarify, the fog of uncertainty will lift, and you will find it much easier to start moving forward with a renewed sense of determination, deep self-belief, and confidence
