This has not been an easy week, but it is a deeply meaningful one as the incoming energies push us to confront what has been buried and prepare for a new healing chapter. As we stand on the threshold of next week’s Equinox, the cosmic currents are intensifying, urging us to find balance. Before we can step into the equilibrium that the Equinox promises, we must first clear out the internal clutter. Currently, many are feeling emotionally charged or physically exhausted as outdated dynamics, old coping patterns, and past wounds surface for release. As the energies shift into the weekend, what was once swept under the rug can no longer be ignored. This may feel deeply uncomfortable, or even destabilizing, but we must remember that we cannot heal what we refuse to consciously face.

It takes an immense amount of internal energy to keep what has been hidden suppressed. There is a strong internal tug-of-war between the head and the heart as the energies pull us deeper into more complicated emotional waters. The emotional body is revealing raw, unedited realities that the logical mind must now admit, accept, and learn to cooperate with. The challenge right now is to honour the depths of our feelings without letting them dictate erratic reactions.

This weekend presents a necessary pause where you can step out of the mental loops of trying to force or figure everything out. Drop into a state of conscious presence, reconnect with your centre, and trust that what is being released is simply making room for a much healthier, more aligned way of being. Give yourself permission to slow down and allow your body to integrate the shifts. You do not need to have all the answers; you only need to be present with yourself. Treat the next few days as a sacred incubation period, preparing your body, mind, and heart for the potent balancing energies of the upcoming Equinox. Remember that healing cannot be rushed, it must be allowed.
