Learn to Trust the Timing of Your Life

As we approach the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on the 28th, an intense urge to break free from old structures and past patterns takes centre stage.  These structures aren’t just external systems or frameworks, they are the mental loops, outdated relationship dynamics, and self-sabotaging habits we have used for safety and security.  The pre-eclipse window is aggressively highlighting the friction between who we used to be and the version of ourselves demanding to be born.  As such, the energy is revealing where we are wasting precious energy and settling for less than we deserve.   

Eclipses act as a cosmic wildcard that accelerates time.  They force us to catch up with our destiny, rapidly removing whatever no longer serves our path.  In the buildup to this alignment, it feels as though the tide is being pulled out, ruthlessly exposing what must be seen, released, and transformed.  When the tide goes out, it reveals the debris, the hidden rocks, and the formatting we normally hide beneath the surface.  It forces us to look at our raw, unedited truth, the resentments we haven’t spoken, the grief we haven’t processed, and the boundaries we have failed to set.  

Consequently, these final days bring a palpable sense of exhaustion with sudden, sharp clarity and shifting foundations.  As a result, many are feeling deeply reactive, anxious, or weary as heavy emotional baggage surfaces to be purged once and for all.  To navigate this turbulent cosmic bridge, your primary job right now is to surrender to the flow rather than force control.  Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up, it means stopping your internal argument with reality.  It looks like choosing not the engage in unnecessary drama and giving yourself permission to simply rest when your body demands it.   

Because eclipses energy is highly volatile, it is essential that you ground your nervous system and allow the emotional waves to pass through you without over-analyzing them.  Trust that whatever is falling away right now is simply clearing the runway for your next evolution.  Know that as the dust settles over the coming days, you will step onto a path that feels lighter, truer, and entirely yours.  For now take a deep breath and learn to trust the timing of your life.
