The energy is building in intensity as we move closer to Friday’s Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.  This lunar eclipse will create a deep, psychological, and spiritual purge of our internal and emotional landscape with the cosmic currents forcefully clearing what we have been too afraid, too comfortable, or too tired to let go of ourselves.  As such, we will be challenged to let go of outgrown habits, deep-seated control, and the illusions that keep us bound to the past.  

This week marks the definite end of an old way of showing up.  The energy will move like a wave, building with intensity and finally releasing into something new.  Eclipses accelerate time and open an energetic trap door, dropping things out of your life that no longer serve your highest evolution.  Be mindful of this as you begin this week, step out of the exhaustion of guessing where you stand and anchor yourself in practical reality.  Use today to stop leaking your own energy and look honestly at where your thoughts and emotions are wandering.  If you are feeling physically exhausted, experiencing vivid dreams, or wrestling with an overactive mind, know that your nervous system is processing this cosmic shift. The purge is somatic as much as it is psychological, your body is physically untangling itself from old timelines. 

Let the waves of this week roll through you without resisting the tide. What is being swept away is simply making room for a truer expression of who you are. Breathe through the exhaustion and trust the empty spaces that are opening up within you. This energy is cleaning house, and you are being beautifully emptied so that you can finally be filled with what is real.
