Trust the Storm
So much of the current energy is an explicit invitation to express ourselves differently, to stretch our minds and open up to entirely new perspectives. Yet, simultaneously, this energy is pulling back the curtain on our oldest wounds, and our deep-seated fears around self-worth, safety, and survival. This is creating a massive inner tension between fighting for control and the necessity of surrender.
We are navigating a season of sudden shifts and breakthroughs, which means we must stop trying to force outcomes and start trusting our inner wisdom. While we are being pushed to think bigger, speak our truth, and embrace new horizons, we are also being dragged back to heal old wounds. It can feel like an exhausting and disruptive cycle.
Be mindful that the shaking of your current foundation is making room for a more aligned structure. Giving up the need to control the outcome is where your real power lies. Moving forward often requires taking a step back to fully integrate the past. Give yourself permission to simply be in the messy middle without needing to fix it. Breathe through the discomfort. Let the storm do its necessary work.
