Breathe into Your Expansion


We start June on the tail of a powerful Full Moon which is injecting the first week of this month with a potent mix of restless optimism, urgent truth seeking, and a strong desire for personal freedom.  The energy is illuminating and brings to a peak the emotional and mental breakthroughs May has wrought.  This month acts as a major cosmic turning point where both the collective atmosphere and individual paths undergo a major shift toward personal empowerment and authenticity.  The areas where we have been limiting ourselves with narrow thinking or outdated stories becomes clearer, pushing us to discard rigid mindsets and toxic optimism in favour of what is real, truth and authentic.

Because Full Moons bring matters to a climax, you may start the month feeling smothered by routine or heavy responsibilities.  This creates an urgent collective and individual impulse to break free or radically alter daily life to find more breathing room.  As the moon begins to wane you will feel urged to shed limiting beliefs, old fears, and outdated stories that have kept you playing small.  Your intuition will feel noticeably sharper allowing you to take action on the wisdom and guidance you receive.  

You are being energetically supported to show up exactly as you are without shame, letting yourself release the weight of expectations and simply breathe into your expansion.
