Riding the Wave

Currently, the energies seem to be pulling us back, dragging us through old patterns, limiting beliefs, and fears around scarcity and lack. When I tuned in and asked for insight on this heavy collective weight, I was shown a powerful tsunami of energy building just over the horizon.

It is the perfect analogy for what we are navigating. A tsunami doesn't start on the surface. It begins miles underground, where the tectonic plates grid against each other until something snaps. Collectively, we are experiencing those massive, invisible tectonic shifts. Individually, this feels like an intense internal restructuring of our values, identity, and beliefs. The pressure, anxiety, and exhaustion we are feeling right now is simply the buildup of energy before those old structures finally break to make room for the new.

There is a fast moving, heavy energetic current running through our collective subconscious. On the surface, daily life may look normal, but underneath, we are carrying a massive volume of energy. The wave is moving through us, even if it hasn't officially landed yet.

Right before a tsunami hits, the ocean shoreline suddenly recedes by hundreds of metres, leaving the seabed barren, exposed and strangely quiet. This is exactly where we currently stand.

Trying to stand our ground and fight this incoming tide with brute force will only create deeper suffering. Survival requires absolute fluidity. We must allow ourselves to yeild to the changes, accept what is collapsing, and let the energy move through us rather than resisting it.

The wave is set to hit in July. That means we have the next two months to do the deep, intentional work required to prepare. We cannot stop the wave, but we can change how our bodies, minds, and spirits receive it. Over three deeply intentional session, we will combine energy work, ancestral clearing, and practical coaching so you can meet July's shifts from a place of power, clarity and peace.

Session 1: Clearing What Has Been Exposed

The current drawback phase is exposing our deepest fears around scarcity, lack and old patterns. Often, these don't even belong to us, they are inherited. In this session we will look at the wider collective and ancestral field to untangle you from loops of lack. We will follow this with energy healing to clear the heavy debris out of your energy field, leaving your slate clean.

Session 2: Building Fluidity

To survive a tsunami, you cannot be rigid, you must be fluid. In this session we tackle the inexplicable exhaustion and anxiety you are carrying. We will work to expand your capacity to hold big energy and anchor this into your subconscious to create a feeling of safety and stability in your own body.

Session 3: Expansion

As the wave hits in July, together we ensure you ride the crest instead of getting pulled under. In this session, we work to energetically realign and activate your energy so you can emerge fully aligned, grounded and ready to build life on a higher, more stable ground.
