May 2026 feels like standing at a crossroads with the wind at our back.  Things are moving faster as old patterns and habits naturally fall away allowing new opportunities to appear which will require quick, clear decisions that are soul driven.  We can expect intense breakthroughs and radical redirection as the incoming energies push us to release what is heavy, trust our inner compass, and move forward with courage and clarity.  

Today, the energy is defined by a significant internal shift as Pluto stations retrograde in Aquarius.  This brings a heavy, slow moving energy focused on uncovering hidden truths, inner transformation and re-evaluation.  While the world around us may feel like it’s accelerating, we are invited into a period of growth that emphasizes practicality and steady progress.  Our intuition will sharpen revealing how the answers and clarity we seek arrives through presence and vulnerability rather than sheer willpower.  This is a season for choosing depth and trust. 

Ultimately, this is a time of recalibration where you shed the versions of yourself that no longer fit, creating the necessary space of the new to take root.  As you stand at the crossroads, remember to move at the speed of your soul, knowing that the most powerful transformations are the ones that begin in the stillness of the heart.
