Love is your natural state.

It takes no effort to love when one is living from the heart.

However, it takes immense energy and determination to hate, worry, and condemn, simply because those things are not who you truly are. They were learned over time; through fear, pain, conditioning, and experience.

Love is innate; negativity is inherited. And what has been taught can also be unlearned, with awareness, compassion, and the willingness to return to your true nature.
