Last week’s intense full moon was highly emotional as the incoming energies encouraged us to shed old versions of ourselves, and the past traumas, toxic patterns, or old attachments that no longer serve our growth.  Themes of control and self-worth have been especially prominent, pushing us to see what can no longer be ignored or denied.  This is an illuminating phase which is pulling hidden truths from the dark waters of our soul, forcing a confrontation with the subconscious.   

The intense energy continues to ripple into today, creating an urgency and a surge of energy that can lead to breakthroughs or breaking points.  Be mindful that the period after this full moon carries a strange, lingering charge where the nervous system may feel wired and restless.  This reactive energy asks you to pause, to choose response over impulse, and growth over chaos.  You may feel the urge to push forward, but inner exploration is still necessary as you process and integrate what has surfaced and what is currently being revealed.  

As you move through this week, see your insights as the clearing that makes space for new alignment.  Focus on grounding and honest reflection.  The goal here is to integrate the lessons so that the clarity you have gained can naturally guide your next steps.  Remember that clarity is a gift that requires action to become permanent.  Stay patient with yourself, and trust the process of your own becoming.
