Choose Your Higher Timeline
Love Notes

In our last Love Note (see it here), we talked about how to navigate these transformative times. Today, let’s go beyond navigating and into consciously choosing your highest potential.
Let’s jump timelines. :)
Spirit says we have multiple potential timelines - that is, multiple potential futures - that we can choose from in every given moment. We designed all the major events and relationships that we wished to experience in this lifetime before we came here. We can affect the timing and the pacing of when these events unfold. Today, I would like to invite you to reflect on the issues that are most on your mind now. Then, we’re going to take these one step higher.
First, breathe into your body, and see how you feel right now. We always want to start out by paying attention to the body. How does it feel?
Next, what does your heart desire? Is it a new job, a new home, a deeper connection with your romantic partner? Would you like greater harmony and ease in the world or to be more fully living your soul's divine purpose?
What does your heart desire today?
When you have decided which area - or areas - of your life you would like to upgrade, I want you to imagine you have moved to the timeline or potential future where those outcomes have already taken place. For example, feel how your relationship with your partner is smooth and fulfilling... Imagine you are doing the work of your dreams in a harmonious world... Feel the sanctuary space of your ideal home…
Whatever it is for you, imagine that you are living in the timeline where that reality is already true. Then, notice how you feel. You may feel instantly lighter or freer or as if something just seems a little bit different.
Welcome to your new timeline. :)
Now breathe in, breathe out, and know that it is so.
I encourage you to try jumping timelines for the areas that are most on your mind now. Imagine what the highest outcome would be. And then set the intention that you are in that timeline. That’s it. :)
