We have entered one of the most pivotal weeks of the year where the incoming energy shifts gears, moving us into a phase of tangible rebuilding.  The energy is pure, potent, and fast and will likely bring a sudden burst of physical energy that may feel like a second wind after a long period of endurance.  While this momentum is a gift, the key is to act without rushing.  If not directed with purpose, it can easily tip into overstimulation, impatience, and burnout. 

If you have been feeling like you are wading through a thick fog, this week provides the breakthrough.  The barrier of stagnation is thinning, and clarity is surfacing.  As new insights and perspectives arise, move forward wisely.  Remember, that the rebuilding process requires stability.  Your focus must shift to your foundations, and the core habits, relationships, and structures that support your daily life.  Pay close attention to what is being revealed in the cracks, those are the places where the new structures need the most strength.  

It is important to anchor your energy this week.  This can be organizing a corner of your home, completing a long-delayed task, or simply planting your feet on the earth to discharge excess tension or energy.  When you take these small, practical steps, you are actively strengthening your foundation. You are proving to yourself that you are ready to handle the pure and potent energy of this week without being swept away by it.
