Many are starting the new month feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by the intensity we have experienced. In February the world changed, and now in March, we begin building the new foundations. Our focus shifts from the shock of what has been ‘lost’ to the discipline required to build what is next.

The shattering we felt in February was the closing of a cycle. We stand now at a zero point where discipline and courage are required to build only what is essential. As we move into the new month, we aren’t just fixing what is broken; we are looking at what must be anchored and created. With Mercury in retrograde, there is a sacred pause which enables us to integrate the massive changes while reassessing, reviewing, and reflecting on all that we have experienced thus far in 2026. This sacred pause allows our intuition to catch up with our circumstances.

In March, we are moving from being shaken to being awakened. Tomorrow’s Lunar Eclipse brings a grounded reality check, highlighting the specific habits, routines, and things that are no longer sustainable. As the fog begins to clear, the practical steps needed to stabilize our lives are revealed. You are being urged to redefine your personal responsibility: stop over-extending into what is dissolving, and start investing your energy into foundations that are authentic, sustainable, and entirely your own. While the world moves increasingly faster, you are invited to move slowly.
