Honour Your Body's Needs

In so many ways the energies are bringing an undeniable clarity about what we have outgrown and what must change. Yet, the strong need for closure coupled with the impulse to push forward is creating a deep inner friction that can feel intensely uncomfortable. While downloads of clarity and new directions continue to flood our system, our physical bodies are still catching up, processing the enormous shifts of this year. This is heavy work for the nervous system, often manifesting as profound exhaustion or overwhelm. To find balance, we are being urged to slow down and support our bodies in anchoring the shifts that our souls have already accepted.

Be mindful that you are being called to bridge the gap between your soul’s clarity and your body’s capacity. To ease the heavy load on your nervous system, focus on anchoring the light into the physical. This is not the time for doing. It is a time where you are being urged to honour your body’s need to move at a slower, more deliberate pace. This will allow the internal upgrades to unfold without burning you out. In this space, you can transform the uncomfortable tension into a stable, grounded foundation for the new directions ahead.
