There has been a noticeable shift in the energies as we entered into 2026. After moving through last week’s emotional processing our attention this week turns to finding clarity and recalibrating ourselves towards the future. This will require us fine-tuning our internal compass to ensure our daily actions match the life we are being called to build.

Begin by focusing on your immediate, present-moment environment as your baseline and grounding yourself in what you can control now. Remember that as circumstances change re-evaluating what you are doing and how you are doing it and whether it aligns with who you have become is essential. Rather than seeking a one-time perfect balance keep in mind that you are in a continuous dance with change. Move from trying to feel better to thinking better by reprogramming outdated behavioural reactions and limiting programming. Acknowledge what has happened in the last 12 months to prepare you for a fresh reset. Embrace flexibility and trust that even in the uncertainty you can restore balance and thrive.
