Without a doubt 2025 was a transformative year defined by significant energetic closures and at times challenging endings. Today Chiron turns direct concluding a five month retrograde period where our focus was drawn inward to confront and heal old wounds and trauma. It pushed us to face and release victim mentality and reclaim the power to turn our pain into wisdom. Now that Chiron is turning direct, the energy shifts from internal reflection to outward action. The lessons unearthed during the retrograde will become clear allowing us to stop looping on past trauma and old wounds and start integrating them.

With the Chiron direct and the Full Moon building in strength and peaking tomorrow, we have entered into a period of potent emotional release and restoration that will help us to move forward with less emotional baggage. Momentum will grow providing us with the energy needed to address what is still unhealed. As a result, you may feel more acutely aware of the parts of you that have been hidden and or suppressed that now need to be faced, healed and integrated before you can confidently move forward. While Chiron’s retrograde may have helped you identify deep-seated wounds, its direct motion provides the courage needed to break toxic cycles and patterns. Be mindful that the combination of Chiron direct and the growing Full Moon can be physically and emotionally draining. Prioritize rest and allow yourself to meet the unfolding energy with an open heart.
