When Feelings Arise in the Akashic Records
Love Notes

Hellow,
Sometimes deep emotions arise when you are in the Akashic Records. This is your soul seeking healing in the softest, most loving way possible.
Here is a practice to gently dissolve what is coming into your awareness:
- First, simply describe what is present: “I feel sad,” or “I feel afraid.”
- Next, place a hand on your heart and breathe divine light into the feeling.
- Ask, “What does this part of me need right now?” It may need love, safety, or reassurance. Breathe this quality into your body now until it feels complete.
- Then, ask the Records for one sentence to carry with you that provides a sense of comfort and ease.
Know that the Records only reveal what is ready to be acknowledged and healed. If you encounter strong feelings when you are in the Akashic Records, let them rise up and be fully experienced. Breathe in, send the quality that is most needed, and then gently exhale to release what is ready to be released now.
If it feels helpful, write down the healing sentence you received and keep it near you this week.
