Safety, Consent, and Care in the Akashic Records

Today let's talk about safety, consent, and care. The Akashic Records are a field of unconditional love. Entering this divine frequency with a pure heart and clear guidelines will give you the cleanest, most powerful experience.

Four pillars of ethical practice:

  1. Consent. Access information in the Records for others only with their express permission. Honor their privacy and sovereignty.
  2. Compassion. Always offer insights from the Records with kindness. Seek to avoid statements that convey a sense of judgement, labeling, or declaring absolute truth.
  3. Confidentiality. Hold what you receive with care and do not share it with others without consent. This is a tender and sacred space.
  4. Self-responsibility. The Records reflect the potential futures that are available to you. Know that your choices shape the outcomes you bring to life.

    Energetic care for yourself:

    • Ground yourself before you open the Records. Breathe in and feel the sensations of your body. Connect to the Earth and the Heart of the Universe. Make sure you are feeling whole, clear, and present as you begin.
    • If you feel depleted or emotionally activated, it is better to wait to access the Records. The greatest clarity comes through peacefulness and neutrality.
    • Close the Akashic Records fully when you are complete to keep the energetic field clean and clear. Say the prayer to close your Records or set your intention to release them when you are done. Thank the Record Keepers, breathe in, breathe out, and let go.

    Here is a simple intention to use anytime:

    “I ask that only truth and love be received, for the highest good of all.”

    The more firmly and lovingly you hold your boundaries, the clearer your channel becomes.
