With yesterday’s Full Moon we move into a space of integration where we will be challenged to align our daily actions with the inner shifts and changes that have occurred. As we move into the weekend emotions and energies, triggered by the Full Moon, are still active but with a sense of lightness that is emerging to support emotional and energetic balance. Thoughts and feelings are consolidating helping to crystallize a course of action that must now be taken. We are more aware of our inner needs, and must now use our intuition to guide our choices and the direction we are feeling called to towards.

As you continue to release yourself from old ways of living and being, a repetition of the past becomes almost impossible. You are becoming fundamentally different which makes it difficult to return to old patterns because they no longer fit your evolved self. There is a new foundation available now from which you can make new choices, and you are being asked to trust what you are feeling drawn towards. No matter where you find yourself now is the time to make peace with life, to fully acknowledge and embrace life as it is, without judgment or resistance. Accept what is while being present and open as this will empower you to move forward with greater peace and purpose.
