For some of you, the past few days have been an emotional roller-coaster with enough ups and downs to last you the remainder of your year. 

However, the incoming wave of Unconditional Love will begin to smooth things out and make these changes easier to handle. 

And, of course, your frame of mind will also play a big part in it. Stay cool, stay calm and definitely stay collected.
