When you are fully present, mind and heart are tuned to the moment, focused and curious, enjoying what you are doing, your awareness opens up and everything feels smooth and fast, like often when you dream, you are carried by the flow.

However, when you are stressed, in resistance mode, afraid, bored, or tense, your attention tightens and each moment feels slow and heavy, because your awareness contracts, and sees in very limited ways.

To change this, never forget to breathe, and stay in the moment with an open heart. Even simple or quiet experiences feel lighter when you meet them with interest and joy, than you feel time begin to flow more naturally, and expansion unfold.
