Be Gentle with Yourself

Our current phase of healing and growth is preparing us for new beginnings and new experiences. The emotional, spiritual, and internal movements occurring are helping us to move from one chapter to the next. For some these movements are disruptive and for others liberating as breakthroughs bring deeper truths to the surface. We are becoming more consciously aware of deep-seated, self-imposed beliefs and narratives that have, until now, unconsciously governed our decisions and life trajectory.

The healing, shifts and changes that are needed are happening quickly and as a result, many are feeling emotionally raw, exhausted, and drained by both the internal and external dissolution and dismantling that has and continues to unfold. Honour your body’s need for rest and your soul’s need for reflection. Be gentle with yourself and replace judgment with compassion. Be mindful of the deep internal work that is happening, and remember that what is being released is making way for a more authentic way of being.
