Discern What Needs Healing & What Needs Release

October feels like a liminal month, a transitional space that is evoking a feeling unease and disorientation. Within this space we are being stripped of that which has given our lives its usual meaning and context. As a result, many are feeling disconnected from familiar routines, and the predictable patterns that have given us structure and defined our lives.

New energy is gathering in the depths of our being to ignite us with new inspiration and creativity, which will help us to reorientate our lives in new and exciting ways. Simultaneously what needs healing and release is surfacing clearing the space for this new energy to take root. Our task now is to discern what needs healing and what needs releasing. Healing is needed for deep emotional wounds. Release is needed for the negative patterns or persistent emotions, which may be a symptom of a deep wound but can be address with simply accepting and letting go.

With Pluto now direct there is a feeling greater ease in transformation. If you have been feeling stagnant or lost and unsupported this is changing now as a new journey of change, healing and growth begins. Initially, you may feel unprepared for this journey but this will pass as soon as you address the unrecognized wounds that need healing, and the patterns which hinder your growth and expansion that need release.
