So much of what we are currently experiencing is revealing what no longer serves us. This can be old emotional patterns, mental programming, conditioning, and the attachments and expectations that keep us stuck. There is no more growth or benefit from hanging on to what has been. By releasing what no longer serves us, we make space for new growth, for new opportunities and therefore new experiences. It is time now for us to shift from current structures, to find a new form that better aligns with who we are, and to create something new that is more relevant and functional for the future.

The incoming energies are awakening new ideas, and dissolving illusions forcing us to accept that a new paradigm is emerging. As a result, there is a growing pressure which can easily escalate into emotional reactivity. Be especially mindful of your thoughts, words and actions as unconscious beliefs and ideas that foster separation, conflict and scarcity can no longer be the driving force behind all that you do. You must now release the destructive aspects of your psyche, and consciously choose another way. Remember that the nature of reality is impermanent, and situations and circumstances can quickly transform. Remain flexible and adaptable knowing that staying rigid or unyielding will only create discomfort and unnecessary suffering. Be willing to learn, and prepared to adjust as needed while looking for positive ways to implement changes.
