We’re moving from a powerful period where a greater connection with our soul is being facilitated. This deeper connection is taking us deeper into our healing journey helping us to get to the root of all that no longer serves our growth and expansion.

It is important to remember that we cannot heal what we don’t acknowledge and refuse to see. Acknowledging our wounds, our traumas, our fears, and our uncertainties, and seeing them for what they are, and where they come from can be challenging. However, it takes an incredible amount of energy to ignore, dismiss or disregard what needs to be seen, accepted and ultimately integrated. When we choose to face what is trying to get our attention, and observe without judgment what needs to be addressed, clarity emerges and our energy is able to move in the direction of the new.

You may be feeling extra sensitive at the moment as the incoming energies expand the depth and the breadth and your awareness. Allow yourself to navigate your way with openness and curiosity by responding consciously to what each day reveals. Observe your emotions, their ebb and flow, and do not settle on any conclusions just yet. Instead of immediately reacting or judging, you should observe your emotions without getting carried away by them, understanding that they are temporary and will change. By doing so, you can respond more thoughtfully and avoid making premature judgments or decisions.
