Life is a matter of choice.  How to be, how to act, create and respond to life is our choice. Our choices determine and shape our experience of life.  When we are responsive and not reactive we can engage with life from a space of calm and clarity.  In these powerful times the stress and anxiety of transformation and change can be overwhelming.  It can be difficult to function calmly and respond with clarity.  And yet, it is when we are calm that it becomes possible for us to tap into our intution and find the clarity we need to determine our choices and actions we are being guided to take.  

Currently patience and observation is necessary.  We need an objective view, a higher perspective and a degree of detachment to be calm in these often challenging times.  Be mindful that you are being urged to go beyond what you are used to, what you have always done and to find new ways of living and being.  Remember that to change reality you must first find the stillness necessary for your soul's intent to reveal itself.  This means facing and acknowledging what is ending and beginning, what is changing and what is transforming.  Allow yoursel to become deeply attuned to your surroundings, your emotions and the subtle details of life.  Find beauty in the pause and from that space calm and clarity will emerge.  Insights will arise and you will discover the courage you need to gather all that you are and move forward.
