For many the inner call for change can feel overwhelming and daunting especially when it involves significant life adjustments.  These feelings often stem from uncertainty and the unpredictability that change brings, which then triggers anxiety and or resistance.  These feelings are a relatively normal response and don't need to stop or paralyze us.  In some way for us all life is shifting course and its important that we perceive the changes required as a series of small steps rather than one massive insurmountable task or leap.  Making small changes allows our mind and body to adapt and adjust with each small step building upon itself. 

The incoming energies continue to push for change while also bringing clarity and movement.  There is a lot moving both internally and externally and you may be feeling a sense of release as these energies start to shift you towards the next phase of your growth.  Today you may gain a clearer understanding of your situation and circumstances as new perspectives expand your awareness.  Observe what is being revealed with curiosity and a beginners mind, free from any preconceived ideas, assumptions or expectations.
