Currently there is a feeling internal tension and restriction which can feel deeply uncomfortable.  Despite the discomfort this tension is motivating us to step out of old comfort zones and confront the internal barriers that stand in our way.  The incoming energies are catalyzing our healing and growth pushing us to actively embrace challenges and reflect on the transformation and changes we need to make.

Remember that life can change quickly, nothing can remain the same, stagnant or unchanged.  Regardless of the circumstances you may find yourself in now is the time where you are invited to cultivate curiosity and embrace life with all its joy and pain equally.  Allow your perspective to expand and see what is unfolding to support your healing and growth.  Be mindful that the new cannot emerge until you break away from habitual responses and conditioned action.  Recognize what is ending, what is coming to completion and make the choice now to move on and find a new way.
