Cultivate a State of Inner Stillness

Collectively and individually our consciousness is expanding in unprecedented ways accelerating our process of healing and growth. As our consciousness expands, the lens through which we perceive reality shifts heightening our awareness and calling us to be more attuned, more deliberate, and more present amidst the evolving landscape of our lives.

As you begin this week allow yourself to cultivate a state of inner stillness and view everything from an expanded perspective. There are new insights and understanding available to you now that will assist you in determining the details of the shifts, changes and transformation you are being called to make. The urge to push forward may clash with the soul’s need for patience, preparation and practical application and you may experience a feeling of internal conflict between your old self and the new self that is emerging. Be mindful that there are underlying and or unconscious stories which needed to be released. Use the feelings of tension and restlessness that may arise as they can be a powerful catalyst for deeper healing and growth if channeled effectively.
