Today, Uranus, the planet that represents revolution, innovation and sudden changes moves into Gemini for the first time in 84 years. This is energy we haven't yet felt in this lifetime and as such it will take some time for us to adjust and acclimate. Transformation will be activated and we can expect the pace of everything to accelerate. Radical breakthroughs and changes will happen as our perspective and creativity expands offering new and exciting opportunities for self-expression. As exciting as this movement and energy is, we are urged to remember to remain grounded and very present in the moment.
As the energies shift and expand you are being asked to remember that you have outgrown your current situation and must now step out of your comfort zones. The urge to move outside of what you have known and the acceleration in energy can be over stimulating making it essential that you support both your physical and energetic systems. Resist the tendency to live in the head and detach from the body in response to any discomfort.
