Today we are gearing up for yeat another retrograding planet.  Tomorrow Mercury turns retrograde adding another layer to this season of reflection.  The urge to move forward is being juxtaposed by the need to slow down which can be frustrating and yet there are profound gifts to be uncovered in this time.  By leaning into and embracing these energies we can gain a deeper appreciation of the need for healing and growth.  Reflection will bring clarity and with that clarity a greater understanding of the choices available to us now.  

In so many ways you have outgrown your current experience of life and stand poised at the edge of a totally new experience.  How that experience unfolds is determined by you.  For some time now you have been freeing yourself from the shackles of the past and all that no longer serves you.  For many this has left them feeling lost and confused as what was perceived as right and tue has been proven not to be.  Accept now the invitation to reflect, reassess and revise recognizing that this is a period that will expand you beyond what you have always known and expected.  Look deeply into your heart and remain alert and receptive to the insights and wisdom arising from within.  Make space for regular quiet contemplation.  Release the stories of the past and the need to know the details of the future.  Be relaxed and present to what is directly in front of you and nothing else.
