Is Your Soul Calling for a Reset?

Hello;

Today, this day, Spirit has asked me to share this message with you:  

“We wish to acknowledge you for taking such a powerful and active role in the transformation of consciousness at this time. You may indeed not be aware of all that you are doing now, but every thought, every feeling, every word, every action you take is having a direct impact on the very fabric of the Universe. You agreed to be here because you wanted to be part of the upliftment and the journey back to Source. Spirit wishes to indicate that you are doing your job admirably.

With this in mind, let us take a moment to see where you are now.

Breathe in now, if you will. First, pay attention to the sensations of your body. Breathe out. Do this several times until you have released the thoughts of the day and have come back to gently, tenderly, paying attention to the sensations of this body.

Next, I want you to ask your soul, your Higher Self, the Akashic Records - whatever access point feels easiest to you now - to assess whether or not you are in alignment with your highest timeline.

Your highest timeline is the highest potential your soul intended for you to experience at this point in your life. When you are in alignment with the highest timeline, you will notice that things move smoothly and easily, you will feel good most of the time, and there is a general sense of ease and flow in the three most essential areas: love, work, money.

Take a moment now to do a little soul checkup.

Briefly scan the three areas - love, work, money - and in a few sentences write down how they are going. Notice where you feel in alignment, and notice where something doesn't feel at its highest potential.

Ask your soul to give you guidance about how to uplift any areas that do not feel in harmony, as well as how to nourish the ones that do.

See if you have any resistance or hesitation to taking the practical steps to uplift the areas that are in need of your attention. Notice the hesitation and breathe in and out until you feel the tension dissolving. 

Next, take a moment to feel how good you're going to feel when all of the areas are in their highest alignment. You may imagine a sense of lightness, freedom, well-being, happiness, and even joy.

Allow yourself one minute to fully embody life at its highest potential. :)

When you feel complete, thank your soul or Higher Self or Akashic Records for being present, and gently release the connection.
