Currently we are in a time where we are being urged to shift from a place of struggle and resistance and into a space of acceptance and alignment with the flow of the present.  Change disrupts established routines and introduces uncertainty which can be unsettling.  Resistance to change often stems from a fear of the unknown which can trigger a range of emotions.  Our preference for the familiar and predictable is rooted in survival where our focus is on our basic needs, enduring challenges and coping with difficulty.  Yet, these incredible times are asking us to shift from surviving to thriving.  This transition requires conscious effort, self-awareness, and a willingness to embrace change and new experiences.  To do this we must be willing to recognise that our internal state of being is what determines our external experience of life.  

This is a season of contemplation and reflection which will ultimately lead us towards more change and greater transformation.  As the forces of change continue to intensify notice and let go of the thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes that clutter your heart and cloud your mind.  Honour the past and learn to reframe life by acknowledging and accepting what has been, what you have been taught and the wisdom you have gained.  You are neither made of nor defined by the past and must now evolve through it and beyond it.
