Currently it feels like the pace of change is accelerating with external events creating a feeling of pressure and heaviness.  Inner and outer tensions are building calling for release which can make us feel overwhelmed and exhausted.  As we navigate our way through we are reminded of the need to hold and shine our light inspite of all that is unfolding.  Release is coming and we must remember that all that is happening is for the highest good of all despite how it may look. 

The energies today are building towards the Solstice and may aggrivate whatever you are feeling and experiencing.  The pressure can feel relentless and it is essential that you remain centred and in a space of calm neutrality. Be especially mindful of where you are placing your energy, focus and thoughts.  Consciously slow down, breathe deeply and ground yourself in the present.
