Our journey of healing, growth and expansion askings us to learn how to thrive even in the most challenging of situations or environments.  To do this we must face our fears, embrace our mortality and realise our flaws, our potential and the opportunities that life offers.  It requires making space for quiet, for stillness, and for reflection where we can listen deeply to the needs of our soul. 

Today's energy invites you into a deep and necessary pause to allow the release of old stories, wounds and the emotional residue that no longer serves you.  You are being guided to clear space within, to move with presence and purpose while allowing all actions to arise from the wisdom you have gained rather than impulse or urgency.  There is a softeness to the energies that is guiding you to be gentle and kind especially with yourself.
