You can invite the Elohim, Archangels, Ascended Masters to shine their light love on this area, ask them for help in activating your High Heart.

You can also use crystals, stones by placing and holding them in this area. Such as Rose Quartz, Kyanite.

I’m sure there are many stones, crystals which help, though these resonate more.

Another thing you can do; record yourself saying the mantras offered above, listen to it with headphones. You may also use the 528hz frequency with the intent of healing, activating the High Heart.
