Shifting can sometimes bring out the not so good in humans. Unusual feelings within the body and emotions, finding stable footing and general uneasiness about what is next may be enough to make the calmest person temporarily unreasonable.
Before you react, take a moment to look inside and see what you are feeling. Realizing others may be experiencing the same may change your outlook dramatically. Compassion and kindness are your greatest tools in an ever-changing landscape.
