Spiritual nutrition is easy to get. Create a time slot, add a little intention, and you're all set for upliftment and inspiration.
Physical nutrition is just as easy to get, provided you have access to food that is grown the way Mother Nature intended. With good physical nutrition, your body stays in good health so that you can enjoy the experiences that life has to offer.
The problem is, our food is factory farmed on soil that is being depleted of its power to provide us with essential nutrition. Here's a shocker... At the current rate of depletion, in just 60 years, there will be no farmable soil left!
