Tend Your Own Garden
What you feel is best for you may not be best for those around you. If you find yourself constantly forcing your opinions, thoughts and actions on others because you know what is best, it may be time to rethink your stance.
You are each given free will and that is something that can never be taken away.
Allow the people who surround you the same respect you ask for, let them make their own mistakes, create their own experiences and collect their own memories.
Even though it may be challenging to sit by and watch, it will show a much greater amount of love and caring than anything else. Guide…support…love unconditionally.
Controlling is for those who feel no control in their own lives. Tend to your own garden and let others do the same.

Choose Love, Kindness, and Compassion
There will always be people in your life that will attempt to hold the world at large to the old standard, old ways of thinking/being and old means of communication.
This does not mean they are inherently bad.
It does mean that they may, indeed, fear change.
It is safer for them to remain in old mode rather than grow.
Today, you are being reminded that it is not your place to judge or demean those that choose this path.
It is, however, your responsibility to choose love, kindness and compassion.
They may be asleep, but they are still a human with redeeming qualities and deserve to be treated with the same respect you would give any other.

Steps
Before we begin there are a few important things for you to remember.
These are necessary to keep in the forefront of your consciousness as you undergo your upgrade.

1. You are loved…even in your most unlovable moments.
2. You are always supported by The Universe.
3. You came for a specific purpose. You may not remember the conversation, but all was planned before you arrived.
4. You knew parts of your Earth plane existence were going to be challenging, however, you chose to come despite it.
5. Play! Your life is not meant to be all seriousness. Enjoy your happy times when you can.
6. Know that whatever changes you are and will be going through are truly worth it.
7. Whenever you feel as if things are becoming too much, breathe! The Universe would say ‘count to ten’, but knows that does not always work. (wink)
8. Lastly; if it feels as if all else fails, go back to One.

Beautiful Moments
Today you are invited to think back on all the beautiful moments of your Earth-plane existence; the sunrise that will never leave your mind, the first time you fell in love, the feeling that came over you when you truly helped someone in need…even the grief you thought would be never-ending finally passing into to a softer, gentler ache is beautiful.
Now think ahead to what you have yet to experience. You chose to incarnate to your world to live every single one of these moments. Please, my darling one, do not let them go to waste.

In Your Power
My bright and beautiful child, sometimes you need to be reminded of why you are here.
It is not to solve your world’s problems, although some of you may be drawn in that direction.
It is not to save every other human on the planet, though you may feel it is part of your mission.
You are here, my love, to finally see what it means to be a light in the darkness, to lead by example and to embrace being human.
Remember why…and remember to stand in your power.
Only then will you truly be able to change your world.

Your Triggers
My dearest child; there will be days when you come face to face with your triggers.
As unpleasant as they can be it is important for you to remain in the moment, to identify and understand them.
Whether it be the way someone speaks to you, a sight or smell, they have been placed there (and you draw them to you) to practice self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others.
Rather than responding immediately, take a breath and a moment to see it for what it truly is…a beautiful moment of growth.

The Universe Sees…
When you look in the mirror, what do you see? You may see your imperfections; wrinkles, a bit of extra weight or, perhaps an unhappy or unsatisfied person. What does The Universe see?
It sees a lifetime of experience!It sees someone who has had their share of sadness and grief and still manages to embrace and celebrate the good things.
It sees a human that has surmounted what others may call impossible challenges and came out stronger on the other end.
It sees someone that has to courage to stay on Earth regardless of the traumas you have gone through.
It sees a person that is giving, loving and growing even though, in this moment, you may feel stagnant and stalled.
It sees an amazing soul encased in a body that may not always behave or look the way you wish, but it is yours and it is wonderful.
Regardless of what you see, The Universe always has and always will see the best in you. It is time for you to begin doing the same!
