This weekend, the energetic tide shifts us into the deeper aspects of our emotional and psychological landscapes. This moment is pulling back the veil, bringing to light unconscious fears, hidden vulnerabilities, and the defensive identities we have constructed to protect ourselves from pain. We are being profoundly challenged to reflect on how these hidden layers shape the way we engage with ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

As Mercury stations retrograde tomorrow, it opens a sacred, introspective period. This period strongly supports the deep psychological work needed to dismantle the unconscious patterns driving our behaviour. It asks us to honestly confront the underlying needs and fears that quietly dictate our choices, our values, and our actions.

With the energy simultaneously building toward Monday’s Full Moon, you may feel an intense tug-of-war between a restless desire to charge forward and an evolutionary requirement to look backward. Remember that true progress right now requires review. The impulse to rush is often just another way we try to outrun our discomfort. Healing requires us to gently look back and integrate what has been left behind. Trust that the looking backward is preparing us for a much deeper, more authentic leap forward.
