What the Akashic Records Really Are

Hello! 

Sometimes when I try to explain the Akashic Records, it's not always easy to put into words.

Some spiritual traditions call it The Book of Life, Universal Mind, or the Library of the Soul.

I have typically referred to the Akashic Records as a field of energy, a space where every thought, feeling, and experience across all time and space is stored.

But recently, what I have been coming to understand is ….

The Records are a remembering.

When I open the Akashic Records, I feel like I am stepping into a river of energy that has always been flowing. It's an energy that offers truth without judgment, guidance without agenda, and the ever-presence of unconditional love.
In some ways, the Akashic Records are not about finding something new and unfamiliar.

It’s about remembering something ancient. It is about connecting with something your soul already knows.

The Akashic Records don’t exist in a faraway dimension.
They live inside your own awareness.

When we learn to enter the Akashic Records, and when we begin to live in those elevated frequencies, we begin to see ourselves, others, and life itself through the eyes of the Divine.

It is so very beautiful.

All the noise softens.
Simple clarity returns.
And we realize that every answer we’ve been searching for has been available to us all along.

This is what the Akashic Records are really about, helping you remember that your connection to the Divine is always with you.

Take a breath in now, and imagine what would it feel like to trust your inner wisdom completely. <3
