In these times of change remaining flexible and adaptable is important. Change is accelerating with external events heightening our awareness giving us insight into the patterns and structures in our lives that need to shift, change or be released. We are being urged to address where we slip into unconscious behaviours and how our habitual responses are impacting our ability to consciously choose a differently. Rather than reacting we must now embrace flexibility and make intentional choices, which will allow us to navigate change more positively.

Today the energies begin building towards the weekends Full Moon Eclipse, which promises to bring radical shifts and changes. As a result, everything is being amplified which can feel overwhelming and pressured. Disruption can bring clarity by forcing you to re-evaluate assumptions, abandon outdated patterns, and adopt fresh perspectives, leading to a clearer understanding of the path forward. This is an opportunity to eliminate what no longer serves you and make space for new possibilities. Be mindful of your thoughts, words and behaviours. Recognize where you are allowing unconscious patterns and behaviours to dictate your experience of life. Take responsibility for your responses to change. By deliberately choosing to act and respond differently you ensure that change becomes a beneficial force for movement and growth.
