In these times of accelerated growth and expansion it is essential that we remember to align and connect iwth our soul.  With chaos and turmoil so prevalent in the world it can be difficult to find clarity and determination the direction we must take.  Our soul only ever guides us towards light.  When we remember that and make space for inner connection with our soul, we can rest in the knowing that all is well and that we are in fact being divinely guided and supported.  As the energies build towards tomorrows Solstice we are encouraged to persevere and remember that it is often darkest before the dawn.  

Life is filled with cycles, endings and beginnings, death, birth, and rebirth.  The Solstice marks a turning point, a shift in nature, in the cosmos and in the energy, and points to the start of a new cycle of life.  As such, it is a powerful moment where the interconnectedness of light and dark is highlighted, not as opposing forces, but rather as part of a continuous cycle.  The dark allows us to appreciate the light, and the light gives us hope in the dark.  

The Solstice invites us to find balance within ourselves, to embrace both the light and the dark within.  Take a moment to reflect on where you may still be clinging to the past, where your energy is being drained, and where you are being guided to place your awareness.  It is time to move on, to overcome your fear and to take decisive action towards the new.  It is time to acknowledge that you no longer fit into the life that has been and must now embrace the call of the unknown.
