New body cam footage shows somebody took the brass off the roof as crime scene was scrubbed

We now have new body cam footage that appears to show rifle brass was taken off the roof sometime between 6:30 and 7:08 pm local time, apparently off camera while no one was looking.
We've got the new videos today with a full analysis, including law enforcement asking who's covering the water tower.
