Special guest JC Holt, head of Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) domestic projects, speaks about work being done to counter child crimes, how bypassing bureaucracy within government departments so resources can be distributed has led to perpetrators being arrested at an accelerated pace.

The resources include mobile labs, K9 dogs, and digital extraction software that unlocks the devices the dogs uncover. JC talks about the work and dedication that goes into training the K9 dogs and how they have contributed to the arrest of hundreds of perpetrators.
